Crust

1 Unbaked Pie Crust

For the Pie Filling

2 Medium Sweet Potatoes
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
¼ evaporated milk
Splash of Orange juice
1 whole egg
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon Lemon Zest

Directions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).

Mix the Filling
